Georgetown Rowley State Forest
This 1,112 acre state forest is located near the intersections of Rte. 97 and Rte. 95. Parking is accessed by Pingree Farm road off of Central street (Rte. 97) in Georgetown. Recreational opportunities are:

• Hiking
• Horseback riding trails
• Hunting (with restrictions)
• Mountain biking
• Skiing (cross-country)
• Snowmobiling
