Bella Birds and Gandlaf Murphy Concert
Last night we took my daughter to the Bella Birds/Gandalf Murphy show for her 18th birthday. Our good friends the Bella Birds opened the evening with a short set and did an incredible job! Then Gandalf Murphy took the stage for two extended sets. I had seen Gandalf Murphy in the dance tent and on the main stage at Falconridge and both were incredible performances so I was expecting a great show and they didn’t disappoint. What really put it over the top for me is that after a long show and with tear down and a long drive to Maine ahead of them, the whole band hung out with us for over an hour. I spent at least five minutes talking to each member of the band and every one of them was funny and interesting and so down to earth and nice. As you can see below they were also gracious enough to pose for a bunch of pictures. Thank you Bella Birds and thank you Gandalf Murphy for a wonderful night!
